  • Our Social Sessions are available in either two-hour or three-hour blocks, depending on the session.

  • Yes, bookings are highly recommended as sessions are subject to availability. We are only able to accommodate walk-ins if there are less than 25 participants booked for a session. Walk-ins are required to be registered with TAC, prior to joining a social session.

  • We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.You may bring a 1:1 or 1:2 Support Worker to a group activity if you require additional assistance beyond the 1:4 facilitator-to-participant ratio provided. This may be necessary if the your ability to fully engage in a group setting is still developing or if you need extra support to participate effectively. TAC’s group activities are designed for individuals who can engage socially in a small group setting, however you to bring your own Support Worker if you need a higher level of assistance than available.

  • Yes, you can choose to have additional support from whoever you’re most comfortable and confident with during the social sessions.

  • No, you are welcome to attend for the duration that fits around your capacity or commitments.

  • Yes, all participants must be registered with TAC, prior to attending our Social Sessions.

  • We cap our Social Sessions at 25 participants at our Baringa Site and 16 participants at our Community-based locations.

  • Yes, you are welcome to attend more than one Social Session per day if you wish to engage in multiple activities.

  • No, there are no out-of-pocket costs or NDIS-related charges for activities and materials used during the sessions. You are only charged for the direct 1:4 support you receive during the social session.

  • Yes, both NDIS Core or Capacity Building Funding can be used to cover the support you receive during our Social Sessions.

  • If you are pre-registered with TAC, you can walk in, but only if the session hasn’t reached its maximum capacity.

  • We provide all necessary materials for the activities, so there is no need to bring anything except your enthusiasm! If you are bringing your own Support Worker, please ensure they are aware of the session’s structure and duration.

  • TAC is a provider of 1:4 Group Activity Support, however we collaborate with external providers who provide 1:1 and 1:2 individual support. If you need higher assistance to participate in a session, give us a call and we can help arrange the necessary support to ensure you can fully engage in the activity. We’re here to help find a solution that works for you.

  • No, TAC does not provide transportation. You are responsible for arranging your own transport arrangements to and from the sessions.

    If you are engaging a Support Provider to transport you to a Social Session and your provider requires a minimum shift, the Support Worker transporting you may continue to assist you during the activity for the remainder of their shift to give you better value of your funding.

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 2 business days in advance so we can offer your spot to another participant. Cancellations made with less than 2 business days’ notice will be charged.

  • Yes, but if you require a higher level of assistance than what TAC provides during Social Sessions, we encourage you to bring your own Support Worker to ensure you can participate fully.

  • To register, simply contact us via phone or email or Book A Tour through the website and our team will guide you through the registration process. We’ll discuss your needs, goals and interests to ensure TAC is the right fit for you.

  • Yes, participants can engage in both our employment supports programs and Social Sessions. TAC aims to offer flexible schedules to accommodate your commitments.

  • TAC works closely with local employers and offers placement opportunities for you. We also provide on-the-job support, helping you transition into work by ensuring you feel confident in you role. The SEEKability Internship Program is a key pathway to finding long-term employment.

  • No prior work experience is necessary to join the SEEKability Internship Program. The program is designed to help you build foundational skills and gain experience in various workplace settings.

  • There are no out-of-pocket costs for participating in the SEEKability Program. NDIS Core or Capacity Building Funding can be used to cover the support you receive throughout the program.

  • Yes, TAC offers paid opportunities for people living with a disability when available. TAC is committed to employing people living with a disability and all employment opportunities are subject to standard recruitment processes. Additionally, we work with local employers to help you transition into paid jobs, providing on-the-job support to ensure a successful employment experience.

  • In addition to group-based learning at TAC 2.0, interns will complete 25 hours of work placement in local businesses or organisations, gaining real-world experience and developing your employment skills.

  • Yes, the SEEKability Internship Program is designed to be a stepping stone toward employment or volunteer positions. TAC has a strong network of local employers and supports participants in finding long-term job opportunities.
