Our SEEKability work-ready program is based at TAC 2.0 in Baringa. This program is designed to provide participants with structured pathways toward meaningful employment, blending hands-on learning, skills training, and individualised support to help you achieve your goals.

SEEKability is a fun, hands-on program designed to help people with different needs build confidence, independence, and real-world social skills — all in a supportive group setting.

Through teamwork, roleplay, and creative activities like improv games, scenarios, and quizzes, participants build their social toolkit, explore workplace expectations, and learn how to maintain healthy relationships.

Group discussions cover key topics like initiative, communication, teamwork, motivation, responsibility, attitude, and work ethic — helping participants grow both personally and professionally.

SEEKability runs one day per week and is a great stepping stone into our Paid Community Internship Program at The Ability Collective, or other employment pathways in the wider community. It’s practical, engaging, and proudly low on paperwork.
