SHERIDAN
TAC TIMES
Hi, I'm Sheridan Fay Giles - a hands-on creative with a passion for all things practical, artistic, and just a little adventurous.
Born and raised in Ipswich, I now call the beautiful Sunshine Coast home, where I'm embracing a lifestyle full of creativity, connection, and outdoor fun. After attending four different schools, I've learned to embrace change and make the most of every new opportunity!
Currently, I'm loving my role at The Ability Collective where I help facilitate both Community Art and Woodwork Social Sessions. I've recently joined the TACTimes team (I've completed my certification in photography and love capturing moments through the lens) and I'm loving every minute of it! For me it's the perfect blend of creativity, craftsmanship, and connection - and I get to bring my own artistic flair to every project. Whether it's designing on the Cricut, sanding timber, or helping others bring their ideas to life, I'm in my element when I'm creating.
Outside of work, you'll find me outdoors - surfing, paddle boarding, with my support workers Joey, Summer-Lily and Joel, or heading out to our family friend Murray's property to ride horses.
I'm not a fan of early mornings, the colour yellow (yuck), or school (glad that's done!) - but I'm always chasing the next goal. Short-term, I'm gearing up to hit the slopes snowboarding in Thredbo (on my new board!) this winter to perfect my technique.
Long-term, I've got my sights set on surfing the waves in Hawaii!
